Tuition Payment Options

2023-2024 School Year

To accommodate your financial situation, there are several alternatives for payment of tuition offered through FACTS (our tuition management company).

 

You may select one of the following options:

 

Annual:

Due date:

Grades PK - 12, Due by April 1, 2023, or date of registration, whichever is later.

New ECA & PK, August 1, 2023, or date of registration, whichever is later.

 

By bank draft or check - ALL families must set up a FACTS account even if paying by check

 

Semi-annual:

Due dates:

Grades PK - 12, Due by April 1 and October 1, 2023, or date of registration, whichever is later.

New ECA & PK, August 1 and December 1, 2023, or date of registration, whichever is later.

 

By bank draft only, through FACTS.

 

A non-refundable 5% handling charge is added for this payment method.

 

Monthly:

Due dates:

Grades PK - 12, April 2023 - March 2024

New ECA & PK, August 2023 - May 2024

 

Scheduled monthly payments on the 5th or 20th (or both) of the month.

 

By bank draft only, through FACTS. 

 

A non-refundable 7% handling charge is added to the total tuition for this payment method.

 

Grades PK - 12:

Families registering after April will have tuition payments figured by dividing the full amount of tuition and handling fee by the number of months remaining until March 2024.

 

Grades New ECA & PK:

Families registering after August will have tuition payments figured by dividing the full amount of tuition and handling fee by the number of months remaining until May 2024.
