How to Apply

1. Connect With Us!

Many families have heard of PCA, but may not know the details that are important to know when searching for schools. Whether you are lightly researching, or seriously considering PCA, we invite you to fill out the Inquiry Form where we can further assist you.

2. Visit Us!

We encourage every family to start their Pantego journey by visiting our campus to witness our staff and students in action. A tour of our campus includes a walk-through of the appropriate buildings, a peek into the classroom, and a comprehensive overview of the academics and activities your student could be involved with. You can immediately schedule a tour after completing the Inquiry Form.

3. Experience A Day at PCA

It can be difficult to determine what is the right fit for your family. Have your students help in making that decision! Let them experience a day at PCA, where they will be partnered with a current student, or a Buddy, who is in the same grade and shares interests with your child.

Spending a day with a Buddy will be the most helpful feedback you can receive as a parent while making your education decisions. While this step is not mandatory, we do require that you come for a tour before signing up for a Buddy Day.

Spend the day with us!

4. Start Your Application

Your official application file is created once you finish the online application. To start you online application, create an account through our RenWeb portal, and complete the Application portion.

5. Testing (if applicable)

Testing is required for entrance into certain grade levels at PCA. Our admissions team will contact you to set up any required testing.

6. Family Interview

Once all application requirements are received, we will schedule an interview with your student's principal. Both parents are encouraged to be present at the interview stage. This allows both you and your principal to get to know each other, and for you as parents to address any concerns directly with administration.
