Items not covered by tuition
Lunch: The PCA Café serves students from Pre-K to 12th grade. The Café offers a variety of lunch options each day. Meals are priced between $3.50 and $5.00. Meals are done on an on-demand basis or pre-ordered by the parents in advance. One outside vendor (Chick-Fil-A, Cici's Pizza, Golden Chick, Al's Burgers, or Milano's Pizza) delivers lunch daily.
After-School Care: This care is provided for 4-year-old Pre-K and full-day Kindergarten through grade 5 only, from 2:45p.m. to 6:20p.m. on days when school is in session.
Athletics, Cheerleading & Dance Team: Athletic fees are billed when students sign up to participate in a sport. Admission to athletic games varies by sport. Cheerleaders and Dance Team must pay for their own uniforms and camp costs.
Uniforms: Uniforms are required for all students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. Uniforms are purchased from a local uniform provider. Detailed product sheets are available upon request.
Supplies: With the exception of most textbooks, school supplies are the responsibility of the student. Elementary school supply lists will be available online and in the Academy offices by the end of May.
Miscellaneous: Other activities, which are fee-based, include some field trips, Secondary year-end trips, school pictures, school directories, Secondary Bible and chapel, band, drama, art yearbooks, dual-credit classes, and some pre-college testing. (All fees associated with your child's participation will be enumerated at the time the student participates. Costs and payment schedules will be released for these activities during the
Summer Academy: A Christ-centered summer program for PCA students in Pre-k through Grade 6. Thematic weeks include sports, academics, and fine arts. Students may be registered for all summer or just one or more weeks.
Middle School Structured Study Session (S3): This program is for working parents who are not able to pick up their middle school student at the 3:30 dismissal time. This session is designed to allow students a block of time to complete their homework, under the supervision of a faculty member before they leave campus, thus freeing their evenings for church and family activities.
