PCA teachers are required to obtain certification from the Association of Christian Schools International.  This certificate requires an ongoing professional program of additional teaching courses, plus a program of college-level Bible courses. 

Background checks are required for all faculty and staff. 

 Additionally, most PCA teachers hold other teaching certificates issued by state and educational organizations.
