Items not covered by tuition

PCA Cafe: The PCA Café offers a variety of lunch options each day plus drinks and snacks.  All meals are pre-ordered online approximately one week prior to the serve date.  Orders are placed from 1 to 4 weeks at a time.  Each family has a Lunch Account and it is up to parents if they wish to place money in the account for drink and snack purchases or forgotten lunches.

Meals are priced between $2.00 and $5.00.  Each day includes a choice of at least 3 pre-order items.  On demand entrées are available to students who have forgotten their lunch.  Meals include quesadillas, cheeseburger, nachos, peanutbutter and jelly, grilled cheese, and salads.  The following outside vendors provide meals once a week:  Chick-fil-A, Golden Chick and Milano Pizza.

In addition to milk and juice, Pepsi and Gatorade products are available.  Snacks available each day include boiled eggs, string cheese and gogurt and most are priced at 50 cents.  A small selection of ice cream is available each day and each Friday a different “Special Treat” is offered, including ice cream brownie sundaes, Spunkmeyer cookies and fruit slushies.

After-School Care: This care is provided for 4-year-old Pre-K and full-day Kindergarten through grade 5 only, from 2:45p.m. to 6:20p.m. on days when school is in session.

Athletics, Cheerleading & Dance Team: Athletic fees are billed when students sign up to participate in a sport. Admission to athletic games varies by sport. Cheerleaders and Dance Team must pay for their own uniforms and camp costs.

Uniforms: Uniforms are required for all students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. Uniforms are purchased from a local uniform provider. Detailed product sheets are available upon request.

Supplies: With the exception of most textbooks, school supplies are the responsibility of the student. Elementary school supply lists will be available in the Academy offices by the end of May 2008.

Summer Academy: A Christ-centered summer program for PCA students in Pre-k through Grade 6. Thematic weeks include sports, academics, and fine arts. Students may be registered for all summer or just one or more weeks.

Middle School Structured Study Session (S3):  This program is for working parents who are not able to pick up their middle school student at the 3:30 dismissal time.  This session is designed to allow students a block of time to complete their homework, under the supervision of a faculty member before they leave campus, thus freeing their evenings for church and family activities.
